Termite/Timber Pest Inspection: Carried out by our qualified experienced inspectors. Our reports will identify termite and other timber pests as required by Australian Standard 4349.3. The inspection includes all accessible areas of the roof cavity, subfloor, interior and exterior of the home as well as the perimeter, fences, outbuildings and trees. A comprehensive, easy to read report is delivered on the same day as the inspection.

Swimming Pool & Safety Barrier Inspection. Our inspectors are experienced to ensure your pool is safe, and in accordance with all local requirements and regulations. This includes the pool and equipment condition, as well as the safety barrier (fence) condition, maintenance requirements or non-compliance concerns. Comprehensive, easy to read report delivered on the same day as the inspection.
